Money Pug is dedicated to making sure that everyone who visits this website has a positive and rewarding experience. We aim to be as inclusive as possible to make sure that everyone can find and compare all the best deals on a wide range of products and services.

What We Do

In order to make sure that the Money Pug website is an inclusive space, accessible by all, we follow a series of web content accessibility guidelines, as outlined in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0. These guidelines detail how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

We’re working towards level A (check that you want to meet this target) as a target for the MoneyPug website.

We aim to:

Provide an alternative for all non-text content.

Provide alternatives for time-based media.

Provide captions for all pre-recorded audio content.

Provide audio description or media alternative for video content.

Convey all information, structure and relationships correctly through mark up.

Avoid shape, size, visual location, orientation and sounds as instructions for operating content.

Avoid the use of colour alone to convey information.

Make it possible to pause or stop automatically playing audio.

Make all content and functionality operable through a keyboard.

Make it possible to remove keyboard focus away from all components that can receive it.

Make it possible to turn off, adjust or extend time limits on content.

Make it possible to pause, stop or hide moving, blinking, scrolling or auto-updating content.

Keep flashing to a minimum and avoid flashes more than three times a second.

Make sure all web pages have a title that describes topic and purpose.

Preserve meaning and operability with a logical focus path.

Make sure the purpose of each link is clear when read in context.

Include the default human language of each page.

Make sure when a component receives focus, it does not initiate a change of context.

Making sure changing settings of any user interface does not automatically cause a change of context.

Identify and describe errors in text to the users.

Provide labels or instructions when content requires user input.

Make sure all pages validate to W3C specifications.

Make sure all user input components and scripts conform to W3C specifications.

We strive to make sure that our website is a user-friendly and accessible as possible and will continue to work to make sure everyone can benefit from the use of our excellent comparison service.
